Biography

Bradley Bryan, BA, MA, LLB, PhD

Dr Bradley Bryan is a SSHRC Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Political Science and Faculty of Law at the University of Victoria. He works on a variety of questions of political and legal theory, and on specific issues involving environmental catastrophe, health policy and ethics, biotechnology, nanotechnology, and the relationship of the human to the built environment. Upon completion of law school in Victoria, Brad served as a law clerk in the British Columbia Court of Appeal, and subsequently articled with the Sierra Legal Defence Fund in their Vancouver office. As a lawyer in Victoria, Brad works in the area of environmental and health law, as well as on various social justice issues.
