This report addresses the need for an innovative and comprehensive rethinking of renewable resource management in British Columbia, and proposes a unique way to meet it through implementation of the Community Ecosystem Trust (CET) model. It is the first report in the “When There’s a Way, There’s a Will” series—a three-volume study on community-based natural resource management in British Columbia.
